June 22, 2017 Gaby's Summer Essentials

Now that it's officially summer, we checked with in our founder Gaby to find out what's on her list of summer must-haves.

Tote

"Late last year I bought a Camilla Engstrom Tote, and I totally see myself with a refresher for the warm months. It's a toss up between this one and this one. I can't decide which will be more representative of my summer."

Earrings

"I'm a huge fan of earrings. During the winter I wore lots of statement pieces, but as my wardrobe lessens I intend for my ears to follow suit. Currently obsessed with the Ines Earrings from Catherine Hartley. I can’t pull off huge hoop earrings, but these'll do."

Skincare

"Having had temperamental skin growing up, I've become a bit of a skin care fanatic over the years. One thing I'm careful about, esp during the summer, is making sure my face always has sunscreen. However, for years I didn't wear any SPF on my face because it would clog up my pores. That all changed when I found Renee Rousseau's Daily Protection SPF 30. During the summer, I wear it on top of my OLEHENDRIKSEN Truth Serem & it's the perfect amount of moisturization."

Suitcase

"I love to travel, especially in the summer because you don't need a huge suitcase to fit your huge jacket. Carry on = the best. And, the best is Antler. I currently have one of their pieces in teal, but am lusting over this sunny hue."

Toner

"My hair is pink right now, and I fully intend on keeping it that way while the weather is sun emoji. My hairdresser used this toner on my hair the last time I saw her, and it was the most perfect colour. No waiting 2-3 washes for the colour to fade into something soft. Another toner I'll probably try out is this one by 3CE."

Shoes

"Also, these shoes I need."
