Truvelle ships worldwide from Vancouver, Canada.

A tracking number will be provided for all orders upon dispatch. Orders within Canada ship via Canada Post or FedEx. International orders ship via DHL Express.

Please note that the shipping price is not inclusive of duties, and Truvelle is not responsible for customs and/or duties attached to your shipment. All US shipments and international shipments may be subject to additional costs. We advise looking into your country's specific import duties and taxes to ensure there are no surprises upon delivery.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Luckily, bridal alterations are commonly available in most major cities!

Where are Truvelle gowns made?
Each Truvelle gown is made in our Garment Studio in Vancouver, Canada.

How long does it take for a dress to be made?
Our gowns are made-to-order and take around 6 months. We recommend purchasing your wedding gown a minimum of 8 months before your wedding date to allow ample time for alterations. 

Are you able to accommodate rush orders?
We can accommodate rush orders up to 1 week, at additional costs. Please contact your retailer for applicable fees. For orders needed in less than 5 weeks, please email us at info@truvelle.com.

How can I find out the status of my dress?
If you are working with a boutique, we recommend checking in there as they will have a good idea when to expect your dress shipment. When you order with us online, we will provide an approximate shipment date. 

Can you create larger sizes?
Truvelle is a brand for every body! Our gowns run from size 0-26, with specific measurements found within the “Size & Fit” tab in a gowns’ listing. Our curve patterns (16+) are made with extra boning and specialized fit to make brides of all sizes look and feel their very best. Have questions? Email us at info@truvelle.com.  

How do I know what size I am? 
It’s pretty simple! To determine your correct size in a Truvelle gown, you will need your bust and waist measurement. Your bust measurement can be obtained by wrapping a tape measure around the chest and over the nipples. You waist measurement can be obtained by measuring the smallest part of the torso.
