Truvelle ships worldwide from Vancouver, Canada.
A tracking number will be provided for dress and social attire shipments as well as for any accessories with upgraded shipping. Please check product specific details, as order times and shipping costs vary by product type.
Truvelle is not responsible for customs and/or duties attached to your shipment. All US shipments fall under NAFTA and international shipments may be subject to additional costs. We advise looking into your country's specific import duties and taxes to ensure there are no surprises upon delivery.
Due to the nature of made-to-order production, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of our wedding dress and/or social attire collections. Luckily, bridal alterations are commonly available in most major cities. Should you have any issue with your dress send us an email. Our experienced team is happy to offer tips and suggestions to help make your dress match your vision.
We accept returns of unworn, undamaged accessories within 7 days of product delivery. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Kindly note that we do not refund return shipping costs.
