We offer standard and upgraded shipping options for all accessories. 

If accessories are purchased at the same time as a Truvelle gown, then the accessories will be shipped free of charge. The pieces will be sent in the same box as your gown.

Truvelle is not responsible for customs/duties attached to your shipment. All USA shipments will fall under NAFTA, but international shipments are subject to additional costs. Please research fees ahead of time so you can budget accordingly.

Refunds & Exchanges:
We accept returns within 7 days of your item being received. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping, as well as a 15% restocking fee. Due to reasons of hygiene, underwear is final sale.
