About the Brand
(Since 2013)

Truvelle began in 2013, when Gaby Bayona designed and made her first collection from her Vancouver apartment. What started as a one-woman show—cutting, sewing, and shipping each gown by hand—has grown into one of Canada’s leading bridal companies.

Rooted in her mother’s custom dress shop, Gaby’s approach to bridal has always been intimate. Truvelle was created in response to a gap: gowns that felt personal, refined, and quietly romantic. Dresses that let women feel like themselves on their wedding day.

Today, Truvelle operates from our own atelier in East Vancouver, where design, production, and community live under one roof. Each gown is made thoughtfully—for brides who value authenticity, intentional design, and a little softness in the details.

Our Atelier

Inspired by the spirit of our city, Truvelle has always done things a little differently. In an industry where most production is outsourced, we’re proud to design and make every gown entirely in-house—a choice that’s become central to who we are.

Our Vancouver atelier is home to it all: design, pattern-making, fittings, cutting, and sewing. It’s where every Truvelle piece is brought to life—from first idea to final stitch—by a close-knit team of skilled hands and thoughtful minds.

We believe that how a gown is made matters. That’s why we work under one roof, using time-honoured techniques and an eye for detail to ensure each dress meets the highest standards.

Every gown is made to order, just for you, by people who truly care—because we know you value craft, transparency, and the story behind what you wear.
